Selections Only Single Room

This package is for you if:
You are doing a kitchen or bath remodel (or any single room requiring finish selections) and need help with selections of finishes (tile, countertops, paint, cabinet finish, etc.)

• Not included: Floor plan or layout changes, cabinet design, millwork or built-in design of any kind. This is for finish selections only.

*Discovery Call + Interior Design Consultation are required for this package
*Price per room starts at $1,250. Smaller rooms and/or larger rooms, will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

What to expect:

• 2 hours
• Up to two palette options that reflect your vision for the space based on information gathered at the Interior Design Consultation.
• Selection of one palette to move forward. Some materials may be switched from the two palettes, if necessary (For example, if you like the tile from Palette 2, you can switch it out with Palette 1's tile option).
• Up to two revisions are allowed after our meeting, additional revisions will be billed hourly at $125/hr.
• Up to two additional site visits (Examples: lighting showroom, plumbing showroom, site visit for install questions, or site visit for design assistance). Up to 60 mins per visit
• Selection Specifications uploaded into your portal for your convenience (great tool for your General Contractor or Builder so that they know exactly how to install the finishes selected)
• Access to the client portal for communication, selections, notes, revisions, vision boards, project updates, and more!

How to prepare for our meeting:

• Perhaps the most important piece of advice for preparing: Be ready to make decisions! It's crucial we make the most of our time. Get your head in the game and be ready to go!
• Know that there will always be something newer or "better" out there, always. Don't let the newest trend deter you from your vision. We are here to find finish selections you LOVE and that will serve you and your family for many years! Now, that's what matters!

Selection Specifications complete with product information and install instructions where applicable.
