A focused, designer-guided service for clients who already have a plan and want professional support making confident finish decisions for one room or space.

This service provides a clear, cohesive finish direction and final material selections—without floor plans, renderings, or full design development.

Discovery Call + Interior Design Consultation are required for this service.

-3D renderings or visualizations
-Furniture, décor, or styling selections
-Procurement, ordering, or sample delivery
-Permit or construction documentation

How to Prepare

To ensure finish selections are thoughtful and efficient, we recommend spending a little time reviewing your existing plans and project details before our consultation.

Before we begin, consider:
-The room or space the finish selections will apply to
-Any existing plans, drawings, or specifications provided by your builder, architect, or contractor
-Your overall design preferences and any inspiration you’re drawn to
-Practical considerations such as durability, maintenance, and how the space will be used day to day
-Any known constraints related to budget, timeline, or material requirements
-If available, gather floor plans, elevations, finish schedules, or site photos. These materials help ensure selections are aligned with the intended layout and construction scope but are not required.

Having clarity around your priorities and constraints allows us to focus on making confident, cohesive finish decisions without unnecessary revisions.

Getting Started / Our Process

1. Book a Discovery Call
Schedule a complimentary Discovery Call. After booking, you’ll receive a brief client questionnaire, which must be completed prior to the call.
2. Select & Book Your Service
Following the Discovery Call, you’ll receive a link to book the recommended service based on your project scope.
3. Schedule Your Design Consultation
Once your service is booked, we’ll schedule your included design consultation to review your space and align on next steps.
4. Project Kickoff
Design work begins following the consultation and receipt of all required materials.

What’s Included:

Discovery Call + Design Consultation
A required first step for all Finish Selections projects.
Discovery Call (30 minutes):
A focused call to review your project scope, existing plans, and overall finish needs, and to confirm this service is the right fit for your space.
Design Consultation (60 minutes):
A collaborative video consultation to walk through the room or space, review any builder or designer-provided plans, discuss functional needs, preferences, and constraints, and establish clear direction for finish development.

These conversations ensure finish selections are aligned with your space, timeline, and priorities before palette development begins.

Initial Finish Palette Options
-A 45-minute video presentation where 1–2 thoughtfully developed finish palette options are reviewed, allowing you to compare approaches and provide focused feedback before refinement.

Curated Finish Direction
-A cohesive, designer-developed finish direction tailored to your room or space. Finishes are selected to work together visually and functionally, supporting both aesthetics and everyday use.

Final Specification Sheet
-A clearly organized specification document outlining selected finishes, notes on intended application, and reference information to support confident sourcing and installation.

Design Notes & Guidance
-Concise written notes explaining the design intent behind the selected finishes and how they are meant to work together, serving as reference support during execution.

Revisions + Support
-One revision round*
-Email support during the active project window
-Access to the client portal for communication, notes, revisions, vision boards, project updates, and more!

*An additional revision is available, if necessary, and will be billed hourly at $125.
