DIY Design Plan Single Room

This package is for you if:
You are comfortable sourcing & purchasing materials based off of vision boards, while executing and managing your project alone, using our provided Design Plan as a roadmap.

*Discovery Call + Interior Design Consultation are required for this package

*Price per room starts at $3,750. Smaller rooms (such as a powder bath), will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

What to expect:

• Site survey to gather measurements and to record existing conditions. (If you are remote, we ask that you provide measurements and photos.) *
• 1-2 design concepts, with 1-2 revisions (An additional revision is available, if necessary, and will be billed hourly at $125. Max 3 revisions) Design Concepts include detailed 2D & 3D drawings. Also included: cabinetry + built-in designs if applicable to your project.
• 1-2 vision boards, with 1-2 revisions (An additional revision is available, if necessary, and will be billed hourly at $125. Max 3 revisions) These boards are for inspiration purposes only. Materials, finishes, and products are a suggestion to help guide overall style + feel for the space. **
• S+L Design Plan completed with final scaled floor plan/layout, elevations w/measurements, 3D renderings, suggested finishes and materials (no exact specifications) w/ recommended install instructions, and an electrical plan.
• Access to the client portal for communication, notes, revisions, vision boards, project updates, and more!

*Additional trade or GC meetings (if required for your project) will be billed hourly at $125.

**No finish, material, or product will be specified. Suggested overall "look" will be given in the form of a vision board. If you are wanting actual materials to be specified, check out our Selections Only package.

How to prepare:
Start envisioning your dream space! If possible, walk through the space and really think about how you will use the room. What changes will make it more functional? What are your wants? Needs? What are you hoping to get out of the new space once it's completed? Knowing the "why" and thinking through your goals for the project will help you get the most out of our service!

Deliverables:
S+L Design Plan completed with final scaled floor plan/layout, elevations w/measurements, 3D renderings, suggested finishes and materials (no exact specifications) w/ recommended install instructions, and an electrical plan. This serves as your roadmap, guiding you through your project!
