This service provides realistic 3D renderings based on existing plans, specifications, and design direction supplied by the client. No design decisions are made as part of this service. Instead, the focus is on accurately translating your existing vision into clear, professional visuals that help you understand scale, layout, and overall look.

Design Visualization is ideal for homeowners, builders, or realtors who want visual clarity without full design development.

A Discovery Call + Interior Design Consultation are required for this service.

-This service does not include design development, layout changes, material selection, or finish recommendations
-Renderings are a visual representation, not a construction document
-This service is 100% digital; no physical materials or samples are provided
-Accuracy of renderings depends on the quality and completeness of client-provided information

How to Prepare

To create accurate, meaningful visualizations, this service relies on clear and complete information at the start of the project. Before we begin, please gather the following:
-Final floor plans or drawings
-Plans must reflect the intended layout and dimensions for the space. This service does not include layout changes or design development.
-Key dimensions
-Ceiling heights, window and door sizes, and any architectural details that will affect the space.
-Cabinetry or millwork information (if applicable)
-Layouts, elevations, or specifications for cabinetry, built-ins, or custom elements.
-Appliance and fixture specifications
-Model numbers or spec sheets for appliances, plumbing fixtures, and major built-in elements.
-Lighting plan or fixture information
-Locations, types, and any known fixture selections.
-Design direction or inspiration
-Images, mood references, or notes that communicate the intended style, finishes, and overall look. Exact matches are not required, but clear direction is essential.
-Site photos or progress photos
-Current photos of the space or construction progress help ensure scale and accuracy.

Providing complete information up front allows the visualization to reflect your project as accurately as possible and helps keep the process efficient and on schedule.

Getting Started/Our Process

1. Book a Discovery Call
Schedule a complimentary Discovery Call. After booking, you’ll receive a brief client questionnaire, which must be completed prior to the call.
2. Select & Book Your Service
Following the Discovery Call, you’ll receive a link to book the recommended service based on your project scope.
3. Schedule Your Design Consultation
Once your service is booked, we’ll schedule your included design consultation to review your space and align on next steps.
4. Project Kickoff
Design work begins following the consultation and receipt of all required materials.

Discovery Call + Design Consultation
A required first step for all Design Visualization projects.
Discovery Call (30 minutes):
An initial conversation to review project scope and confirm service alignment.
Design Consultation (60 minutes):
A focused working session to establish layout direction, functional priorities, and key design decisions before renderings are developed.

These conversations ensure finish selections build seamlessly on the existing design plan and remain aligned with the approved scope before palette development begins.

Client Questionnaire
-A detailed intake form to gather key information about your space, plans, finishes, and overall vision before work begins.

3D Renderings (Single Room)
Professionally developed renderings based on client-provided plans and specifications.
Includes:
– 2 final 3D renderings of the space
– Views selected to best communicate layout and visual impact

Visual Interpretation of Provided Finishes
-Finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, and materials are represented as closely as possible based on available digital assets. Exact products may not always be available in rendering software.

Recorded Video Presentation
-A video walkthrough reviewing the final renderings, visual intent, and key details so you can fully understand the space.

Revisions + Support
-1 revision round included
-Revisions are limited to minor visual adjustments based on the originally submitted information.
-Changes to layout, specifications, or missing information may require additional fees.
-Email support for clarification questions during the active project window

Delivery + Policies
-All services are custom, time-based, and non-refundable once booked
-Deliverables are provided digitally only
-No physical samples or materials are included unless explicitly stated
