Description

Design Support Hours are for clients who need expert input, clarification, or guidance at specific moments — without committing to a full design package. This service provides flexible, hourly-based access to professional interior design support to help you move forward confidently with decisions already in progress.

This offering is advisory in nature and does not include full design development, drawings, or renderings.

Not Included:
-Floor plans or space planning
-3D renderings or visualizations
-Finish palettes or specification sheets
-Product sourcing or purchasing
-Construction or permit documentation
-Project management or site coordination

How to Prepare

To make the most of your time, clients should be prepared to share:
-Relevant plans or drawings (if applicable)
-Photos of the space
-Links or screenshots of finishes/products under consideration
-Specific questions or decisions needing support

Getting Started / Our Process

1. Book a Discovery Call
Schedule a complimentary Discovery Call to discuss your questions and determine if Design Support Hour(s) is the right fit. After booking, you’ll receive a brief questionnaire to complete prior to our call.
2. Select & Book Your Hours
Following the call, you’ll receive a link to book the recommended number of support hours based on your needs.
3. Schedule Your Session
Once your hours are secured, you’ll schedule your video/phone session and submit any relevant materials (plans, photos, selections, or measurements) in advance so we can make the most of your time.
4. Support Hour(s) + Follow-Up
During your scheduled session, we’ll address your questions and provide clear, focused guidance. Afterward, you’ll receive a summary outlining key recommendations and next steps, if applicable.

What’s Included:


Hourly design support
-Professional guidance billed in pre-purchased hour blocks

Live video or phone consultations
-Used to review questions, layouts, finishes, selections, or next steps

Design feedback & recommendations
-Clear, focused advice based on your goals, existing plans, and materials

Optional follow-up notes
-Brief written summaries or next-step guidance provided when applicable

Support may include:
-Finish or material decision guidance
-Layout feedback (no redesigns)
-Color, scale, or proportion advice
-Sourcing direction (without full curation)
-Answering design-related questions as they arise

Delivery + Policies
-All services are custom, time-based, and non-refundable once booked
-Deliverables are provided digitally only
-No physical samples or materials are included unless explicitly stated

Support Communication Policy
Design Support Hours include video/phone sessions and project-related communication. Time spent reviewing submitted materials, responding to emails, and providing written feedback will be deducted from your purchased hours in 15-minute increments.*

*Unused time may be applied toward follow-up questions within 14 days of your session.

How Design Support Hours Are Used
Design Support Hours may be applied toward:*
-One or multiple shorter calls
-A single working session
-Ongoing support across a short phase of your project

*Time is tracked in 15-minute increments and deducted from your purchased balance.

Timeline & Availability
-Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability
-Hours must be used within 60 days of purchase
-Unused hours are non-refundable
