Description

Tier 3: Large Scale is designed for large-scale projects where multiple spaces must work together as one cohesive whole.

This service provides a comprehensive design plan for an entire level or large area of the home, focusing on flow, function, and visual consistency throughout. Instead of approaching rooms individually, Tier 3 looks at how spaces connect and support everyday family life—creating a clear, unified vision you can confidently move forward with.

Like all tiers, this service focuses on design-phase planning and guidance. You’ll receive thoughtful layouts, visual clarity, and curated finish concepts that define the overall look and feel of your home, without locking you into specific products.*

*Finish concepts are provided as design direction and inspiration, not final construction specifications. Final material selections are available as an add-on.

Discovery Call + Interior Design Consultation are required for this service.

Not included:

How to Prepare

Before we begin, take some time to think through how you want your space to function and feel.

Walk through the room and consider how it’s used day to day. What’s working well? What feels frustrating or inefficient? Think about your priorities for the space, including any functional needs, lifestyle considerations, and long-term goals.

You don’t need all the answers—clarity will come through the process—but having a general sense of why you’re making changes and what you hope to achieve will help us create a design plan that truly supports your home and family.

Getting Started / Our Process

1. Book a Discovery Call
Schedule a complimentary Discovery Call. After booking, you’ll receive a brief client questionnaire, which must be completed prior to the call.
2. Select & Book Your Service
Following the Discovery Call,you’ll receive a link to book the recommended service based on your project scope.
3. Schedule Your Design Consultation
Once your service is booked, we’ll schedule your included design consultation to review your space and align on next steps.
4. Project Kickoff
Design work begins following the consultation and receipt of all required materials.

What’s included:

Discovery Call + Design Consultation
A required first step for all S+L Design Plan tiers.
Discovery Call (30 minutes):
A focused introductory call to review your project scope, timeline, and goals. We’ll discuss how you live in your space, what’s working (and what’s not), and confirm which S+L Design Plan tier is the best fit before moving forward.
Design Consultation (60–90 minutes):
A collaborative video consultation to dive deeper into your space and design priorities. We’ll review any existing plans, inspiration, or site conditions, clarify functional needs, and establish clear design parameters that guide layout planning and visual direction.

These conversations ensure the design process is aligned, efficient, and tailored to your home before any plans or concepts are developed.

Design + Space Planning

Revisions + Support
-Three revision rounds (layout or materials)*

Concept & Planning Review (60–75 minutes):
-High-level layout strategy, space relationships, and overall design direction.
Design Development Review (60–75 minutes):
-Refined layouts, elevations, and coordinated finish concepts across the full area.
Final Design Review (60 minutes, if needed):
-Confirmation of final plans and design intent prior to handoff.
-Access to the client portal for communication, notes, revisions, vision boards, project updates, and more!

*An additional revision is available, if necessary, and will be billed hourly at $125.
(Max 4 revisions)

**Video presentations are conducted via Zoom and are used to present design work, explain intent, and collect feedback. Recordings are not provided unless requested in advance.
