3D Renderings Single Room

This package is for you if:
You already have plans for your remodel or new build, but need help visualizing the final product.*

Ideal for homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, and DIY'ers!

Not included: S+L design services. This package is for 3D renderings of an already designed space! We will use our professional interpretation of your plans and concepts, but we will not be designing the room. What to expect:
• Email communication via MyDoma with updates on renderings
(we ask that you reply within 24 hours to keep your project on schedule)
• A 3D visual representation of your room’s design concept (completely digital, no physical item will be sent)
• A completely remote service
• Access to the client portal for communication, notes, revisions, project updates, and more!

How to prepare:
In order to utilize this service, the homeowner must provide:
• A floor plan w/ dimensions (doesn’t have to be fancy—hand drawn is fine!)
Dimensions to include:
• Walls, doors, windows, and ceiling height
• Additional structural features, if applicable

• Photos of existing space, if applicable.
• Design concept: Your vision for the space including layout, color scheme, style, finishes, etc.
• Cabinet design, if applicable. (Size, style, & finish)
• Appliance specifications and/or measurements, if applicable.
• Lighting plan, if applicable. (Location & type: Pendant, sconce above window, etc.)
• Inspiration images (This step is IMPORTANT. It ensures the renderings will reflect your desired aesthetic.)
 
Deliverables:
Four to eight S+L 3D Renderings, sent as a PDF file in 5-10 days.*

*5-10 days from Client Questionnaire completion.
 
Additional information:
• Due to the nature of this package, no refunds will be given.
• Your happiness is important to us! Upon completion, if you are not completely happy with your renderings, we will gladly provide 1-3 minor edits.* Examples: Paint colors, cabinet door styles, countertop finish, etc.
• Exact finishes may not be available, but a close visual representation will be used in its place.
• Renderings are for visual purposes only and are not sufficient to build from.**

*There will also be opportunities during the Rendering Development Phase to make changes or edits.
